Traceability and Tracking Number of DHL
DHL assigns a reference number to each shipment.
As soon as the order is collected by DHL, the client will receive an e-mail indicating the reference number. It will be possible to follow the stages of progress of the shipment by connecting directly to the site: http://www.dhl.com.
The client can choose as the shipping address: their own residence, office or the address of a third person.
In the event that the courier cannot report the delivery to anyone, will attempt to deliver for three consecutive working days leaving each time a notification. Savoretti Armando &.C.snc wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customers, allowing them to return the purchased products.
If the Customer is unsatisfied with the product(s) or in the case the shipped products do not correspond to the requested one , it is possible to return the purchase within 15 working days from the delivery date.
Withdrawal rights are to be exercised only by the person who has purchased the product(s) (invoice holder) and not by other people that might have received the delivery.
The return of the product is subject to the acceptance by Savoretti Armando &.C.snc. In order to proceed with the return an e-mail shall be sent to email@example.com . The e-mail must contain the following information:
- Order reference number
- Reason for return
Also a written notice containing the same information must be sent to Savoretti Armando &.C.snc with advice notice.
The Customer shall then send back the product to Savoretti Armando &.C.snc, using the DHL voucher, that is already contained in the packaging at the time of delivery.

Returned items, for which the above indicated procedure has not been followed, will not be accepted.
Condition for acceptance of returned items
To accept the returned product, Savoretti Armando &.C.snc will make sure that the product has not been used and that it has not been damaged in any way. The returned products must be sent within 15 working days from the order delivery in their original packaging, or, whether the packaging is damaged, in a different packaging, with the same size and resistance. Savoretti Armando &.C.snc will refund the return only if all these conditions will be observed. The expenses for shipping and management will not be refunded.
Return shipping expenses
In the case of withdrawal from purchasing, the shipping expenses for the return of products are charged to the Customer.
In the event the product is returned because it doesn't correspond to what the Customer has required, or in case of replacement or change of the item, the return expenses will be charged to the Customer. Once Savoretti Armando &.C.snc will have accepted the returned item, though, the expenses for the return of the product will be charged to Savoretti Armando &.C.snc.
Once Savoretti Armando &.C.snc will have received the return and checked that all the requirements have been observed, the Customer will receive an e-mail from Savoretti Armando &.C.snc, confirming the acceptance. Savoretti Armando &.C.snc will then provide the refund arrangements.
Buying through credit card, the necessary time for the viewing of your refund depends on the bank which issued the credit card. The value of the refund will anyway correspond to the charge value.
